LIRA CITY, UGANDA |The wake of nationwide celebrations marking the birthday of Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Office of the President has also turned attention to another public servant making a notable impact at the grassroots level-Mr. Sam Olang, Assistant Resident City Commissioner (ARCC) for Lira City West Division.
